Correction regarding cruise statistics

Good morning. I'm sending out a correction to this morning's Cascadia Journal newsletter. We reported that the Port of Seattle is seeing a 26 percent decline over last year, but the Port's dashboard is not current for 2025, and the 26 percent decline that on the Port's dashboard is actually for the month of October, 2024. According to the port, passengers declined 1.5 percent in 2024 from 2023. Apologies for inaccurately interpreting the Port website.
